The pools were a delight, and we found the staff to be genuinely friendly, always making our experience more enjoyable. The beach, while not the best, was a nice spot to relax with our family.

However, the reservation system was frustrating, as we often had to wait to secure a table at the restaurants. Additionally, the lack of shuttle service made getting around a bit cumbersome.

The stay featured an incredible variety of dining options, with standout meals like perfectly poached eggs that exceeded expectations. The staff was genuinely friendly, particularly the attentive wait staff who consistently provided prompt service at the pools. However, the room, while spacious, had a dated appearance, and the jacuzzi bath was uncomfortably small for larger guests. Additionally, the internet came at a steep cost per device, making connectivity inconvenient for travelers. Management should also consider improving the check-in process for families after long flights.

Delightful staff, especially Marlene in housekeeping and David at the pool, added a personal touch to our experience. Plus, the spacious suites and comfy amenities made relaxation easy.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The kids loved the kids club, and there was plenty of warm pool time. The staff were attentive, making our visit memorable. We especially enjoyed the beach daybeds and the tasty burgers at the poolside.

Oh man, the pancakes at breakfast were a game changer! Fluffy, warm, and drizzled with maple syrup that made my belly sing! Plus, the room—a spacious One Bedroom Garden View—was super comfy, making it a cozy retreat after a day of sun. Housekeeping kept it pristine and well-stocked, which is always a win in my book!

However, I hit a snag with my reservation not being recognized. After a long trip, nothing felt worse than contemplating whether to pay again or leave. Shoutout to Fernando for keeping calm amidst the chaos.

Had a great time in the Deluxe Ocean View room with a full kitchen, private balcony, and washing machine. The pools were super warm and the beach was calm with plenty of activities like paddle boarding. Really enjoyed the yoga classes at the spa. The massage was so relaxing.
